Greetings to all Seekers of Rhythm, Dance, Adventure and Change. Ryan Edwards here from Like Water Drumworks in Michigan, USA, very pleased to post information on our 7th annual trip to Centre Illymanya, in Guinea West Africa, March 2008.

Our experience is one of serious drum and dance, mountain streams, fully starred skies, fewer cars, fresh air, health food and village-dwelling families. Located in the forest above Kindia, our trip offers drum, dance and balafon lessons 5 days a week, teachers in residence (veterans of Ballet Hamanah), traditional hut accommodations, and experienced, professional guidance.

Our full price of $2000 includes your visa, drum dance and balafon classes 5 days a week, food, lodging (double occupancy), transport in Guinea, a weekend on Rume, a djembe yours to keep, vehicle access to Kindia 24/7, and the guiding hand to what is sure to impact your life in important ways. For a total of $3,700 we will also provide you with your round trip Airline ticket (Airfrance) from Detroit to Conakry, Guinea and get your travelers insurance.
