Greetings.

I'm making my first post here, after lurking for a while and making good use of the instructional material here, to ask if there are any folks here who might like to get together for Djembe practice in the Manchester area.

I have only been learning for a few months but have been completely captivated by the Djembe and want to progress at quicker rate than i have been.

I have been attending the Drumroots group and also learning with Paul Bradbury from Santa Yalla Arts and more recently with Abdou Karim Mbaye.

Unfortunately my neighbors do not share my passion for drumming and i really dont want to upset them and so was hoping maybe a few local drummers might like to get together for practice sessions. I'm open to any and all suggestions on how we/me might find a place willing to accommodate us.
